Become the Director
Considering some creative team building ideas Melbourne for the workplace? Thinking of some group event or experiences to inspire and motivate your team? Consider ‘The Directors Cut Movies’ from The Team Building Company, the leaders in Corporate Training. ‘Directors Cut Movies’ is a team building activity in which teams create a short movie, adverts, product launches or lifestyle shows based around a key theme.
‘Directors Cut Movies’ program is fully flexible around determined outcomes, time allowance, location and weather. The program is ideal for groups of 12 – 400 people, tailored to suit your timeframe, anywhere in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Canberra plus regional venues and locations. It is our job to suit your needs.
During the ‘Directors Cut Movies’ program, teams decide on a concept or idea. Then begins the task of planning, bringing the concept to the big screen, script writing, shooting, acting and editing in the film. Teams must also include certain predetermined key business messages. On top of this, we will supply the costumes, props and materials for each group ensuring that each one is unique and individual.
The program is not location or weather dependent.
As well as this, attendees of all levels of physical ability can participate and we make sure there is a role for everyone.
We design the program to incorporate links to your business values, strategy or products.
It is a two part, fully interactive program. It shines the spotlight on your team as ‘the Stars’ at a themed evening session with screening. We also include a Hollywood Oscar awards presentation just incase you thought there wasn’t enough fun and hilarity.
“Thanks Rod, the team had a great time and I must say all the team participated and had fun! You and your staff were a pleasure to work with from the initial planning meeting right through to the presentation night. Your assistance on the day with your team was excellent. Not to mention what you did with our in-house video. Thanking you again from us all in Melbourne!” – Media Super
